Tommy Cannady, 2016

Tommy Cannady. graduated in 1966 participating in both basketball and football from 1962-66.
In basketball he set the rebounding record, which still stands, averaging 15 rebounds per game. He was captain of the basketball team where he was the Most Valuable Player.
He also served as captain of the football team that went 9-1 for the season. His most outstanding event was beating Lafayette with Jimmy Glover.
He enjoyed making lifetime friends of both teammates and opponents. Following his graduation, Tommy entered the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served in Vietnam.
