Ray Jones, 2025
Ray as a member of the graduating class of 1987. He played football, basketball, and baseball. He was a 4-year starter on the football and baseball teams. In 1986 some of his honors were: All-District 10-AA, All Mid-State Class 2A, and All-State Honorable Mention. As a member of the baseball he played outfielder and catcher and helped lead the team to the 1987 District 10-AA Runner-Up. He was also a member of the basketball team for 2 years.
The highlights of his playing career include the 1985 Football season where his team made it to the Tobacco Bowl and also having 139 yards on 29 carries against Cheatham County. He enjoyed representing his hometown in all 3 sports and the lifelong friendships that he had with his teammates |
