Joe Landon Morris, 2005

Joe Landon Morris played basketball for four years before his graduation in 1946.  He served as the captain of the 1945-46 team.

After college, he spent 35 years in the Robertson County school system, coaching teams at Greenbrier High, Watauga, and Springfield Junior High.

A couple of his favorite memories were of playing against inter-county rivals and beating them, and also later being able to coach at the "new" gym (what is now the GMS gym).
