George Crawford, 2006

From 1928-1932, George participated in football and basketball at GHS. He was a member of the 1929-30 basketball team that finished third in the stat during his sophomore year..

Following his graduation, George served in the U. S. Army, serving under General George Patton during World War II.  After his discharge, he was employed by Shell Oil Company.
